PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. has more than six decades of experience in injection moulding thermoplastics. Its modern, and energy efficient injection moulding plant provides the possibility of processing both commodity and engineering plastics with a clamping force from 25 to 2600 tons.
Production is supported by linear or six-axis pick and place robots and high precision machines, to keep production processes stable and product quality even. Precise dosing systems have been installed along every machine, as a result of this raw materials can be coloured and additives and fillers can also be used.
Digitalized processing and analysis of manufacturing parameters ensure the constant supervision, development, and optimisation of the whole production process. The company has gathered significant experience in producing products of PP, PE, PVC, PS, ABS, AES, ASA, PC, POM, PA6, PA6.6, PA12 materials during its operation.
The company’s experiences in manufacturing are supported by its decade long partnerships. It specializes mainly in large series production, therefore most of its supplier relationships have formed within the automotive, furniture, home appliance and machine industries. PEMÜ Zrt. also has its own product line made with injection moulding technology, such as waste container with 110, 120, and 240 l capacity, walking grids and garden chairs.
The company is prepared to carry out complex manufacturing tasks with the support of high-level technical engineering, from starting of production to serial production including tool design and manufacturing, and the selection of raw materials too.
The manufactured components are measured at PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt.’s accredited laboratory with calibrated measuring devices.
PEMÜ Zrt. is manufacturing and ensuring the quality of its products according to the most recent quality standards (IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018), confirmed by certificates obtained during audits.
