At the currently operating Vocational Training Centre training of technicians, and other vocational groups is also taking place, besides the dual vocational training in plastic processing. Dual training
Dual training is a form of secondary education, in which vocational education is done in a parallel and complimentary manner for school institutions, participants of the labour market, and corporations. PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. provides trainees with the opportunity to acquire corporate knowledge, to use appliances that meet XXI. century requirements/criteria/standards, and to get to know the essentials/secrets of the profession that become available only through many years of practice. Knowledge is acquired through executing work tasks, with the help of PEMÜ Zrt.’s professional staff.
Training of technicians
A technical school combines the benefits of high school and vocational training. At the end of the training, a general certificate of education and a professional qualification can be obtained at once. It is an advantage at the preliminary exam if someone comes from a technical school, in the case of specialized further education. After two years of basic sectoral training, PEMÜ Zrt. concludes an employment contract with the student, on the basis of which the specialized training/vocational training begins. PEMÜ Zrt. provides vocational training within the framework of technical training in the following professions: plastic processing technician, electro-technician, environmental protection technician.
